Emergency Rentals

If your building serves a critical industry that cannot go without power, we highly rec:ommend sending us a certificate of insurance for our rentals department to keep in your customer file. Having your COl on file will expedite our team’s ability to dispatch a rental unit to your location in a power emergency.

We do everything we can to make it easy for you to monitor your generator set, including setting you up with access to our Duthie Power customer portal. You can keep track of your emergency equipment records by bookmarking your customer portal and accessing it whenever you need to — no filing system required!

Our secure portal lets you:

  • Easily view the details & service history for each piece of your Duthie equipment
  • View generator & Duthie service information for all your sites, all in one place
  • Schedule service calls without even writing an email
  • Review and approve Duthie quotes in a couple quick clicks
