Mobile Industrial Radiator Service

We perform industrial radiator inspections, re-coring, rebuilding, generator coolant services and more.

Led by expert Radiator Technician Garry “Bubba” Swanson, Coastal Radiator’s team of technicians have over twenty years of experience in radiator repair field service. Industrial radiator service is our expertise, with services ranging from recoring and rebuilding to coolant services and full system flushes.

What sets us apart from similar businesses? We come to you! Many of our competitors prefer to work in their shop, but we do the bulk of our work in the field and onsite, all over Long Beach and Southern California.

Radiator Inspection

Our radiator inspections are performed in a field service visit to check for leaks and decay or deterioration in order to properly assess how your radiator needs to be repaired. Our expert Radiator Technician will look at all elements to determine how best to get your industrial radiator working properly again.

Radiator Recoring and Rebuilding

After pulling the radiator out of the unit, our technician will drain the coolant and examine the radiator onsite. As part of our radiator recoring service, the technician builds and installs new cores and new bolt kits, then cleans and preps the tank — or replaces it, if needed — before reinstalling all parts for a test run to ensure the recoring was successful.

Coolant Service and Full System Flush

On a generator, coolant can quickly deteriorate since most generators sit idle until there is an emergency. The particles that break down from the motor can damage your generator, so a coolant service and full system flush should be part of your generator maintenance at least every two years.
